There is so much to be grateful for.
My breath. The earth that supports me. The people I meet. The first light of morning. The taste of my favorite meal. Sleep.
I am grateful.
Today, I will allow thoughts that uplift me to dominate, knowing that my mind-body connection is brilliant and strong.
I am healthy.
Everything works out in my favor.
I live in abundance.
My body is strong and capable.
Knowing that these thoughts create my reality fills me with joy, and I look forward to the healthy and peaceful opportunities to live my day to its fullest.
