Raise your hands (or do a handstand ) if you’re feeling a little stir crazy (can’t just be us!) Hang in there, move your body, and stay tuned for my updates for those of you with tickets for our April and May classes. As optimistic as I am, we will most likely be postponing those classes for some dates in the early autumn. ❤️🐐 Stay safe and stay well!
I will never claim to be immune from the fear and desperation of these times. The word “pandemic” is practically synonymous with “terror.” But I have learned - for my own survival - to find the sunny side, appreciate the healing power of nature, and cultivate the gift of optimism.
I will continue to offer tiny glimpses of sweetness and light during these times. Join me live on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11am MST on @boisegoatyoga Instagram for a playful take on simple body movement and a chance to watch some silly animals frolic.
It’ll be my pleasure to share their unbothered gaiety with you.
In an effort to keep their members active, the Treasure Valley YMCA, where I teach beginning yoga, is offering Zoom classes to the community! I’m going to have my first attempt on Thursday 3/19, and I’m hoping to be able to have the goats participate. I’ll share the link on the Boise Goat Yoga Instagram page and hope you can “join” me!
I'll also be offering "live" Goat Yoga classes via Instagram live. I hope you can join me on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. MST!
If we act intentionally, follow strict social distancing guidelines and wash our hands, while remaining committed to our best selves and each other, we can get through this. xoxo
