Field Day! Day-long Mini-Retreats on the Urban Farm
Join me for 8 hours on the urban farm at Boise Goat Yoga for a Field Day!
These lighthearted, easy breezy mini-retreats invite you to spend a day at our urban farm getaway where gentle movement, hands-on creativity, and nourishing foods come together for deep and joyful connection.
Begin with goat yoga under our magical willow tree, featuring our delightful blend of approachable movement, laughter, and the grounding presence of friendly goats.
Move into guided crafting and expressive writing sessions that invite play, self-discovery, and new perspectives, based on Emily’s whimsical books that blend wholesome affirmations with gentle prompts to boost confidence and brighten everyday moments.
Together we'll prepare a seasonal, farm-fresh lunch to share, learning simple techniques that celebrate local ingredients.
Between activities, there’s time to wander the gardens, soak in the pool and/or hot tub, meet the animals, and savor relaxed conversation with fellow participants.
Pre-sunset, we’ll intentionally breathe and move with a gentle yoga flow, meditation and healing sound bath.
By day’s end you’ll leave refreshed, inspired, and grounded… with tangible keepsakes, a few new recipes, and a renewed sense of community. Ideal for solo explorers, friends, or anyone craving a restorative break from the city…. in the heart of the city!
10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Lunch, refreshments, and all materials provided.
