Held in uplifting and luxurious settings -  a cabin in the mountains of central Idaho, glamping on an urban farm, a sweet and intimate wellness studio - my deliciously holistic retreats offer a chance for women to connect with their very best selves. Wholesome foods, gentle yoga practice, optional hikes and hot springs visits, guided, soul-fueling workshops, and hours for contemplative rejuvenation await you.

Hungry? My favorite way to nourish is with wholesome, home-cooked meals. Your experience includes:

  • All meals - all lovingly created with nutritious whole foods with an opportunity for you to be as involved with prep as you'd like

  • Tasty hygge-centric snacks that embrace sitting around a cozy fire with friends and eating sweets

And what about lodging?

  • If cozy is what you’re after, cozy is what you’ll get! The adorable cabin, built in 1977 and on over an acre of wooded trails and serenity, is just steps away from Lake Cascade, whose frozen surface we’ll explore (weather permitting)

  • Private beds are in shared rooms with 3-4 women per room. All beds feature quality bedding and pillows, warm blankets, nightlights and electricity outlets

My retreats are for every woman who's looking to commune with nature, connect with others, unplug, take a break, and feel wholesome.
