Hi, I’m Emily.

I'm so grateful you're here today.

I am a certified personal fitness trainer, a certified group exercise instructor, a hands-on mama, a pretty good wife, a yogi, and a student of life. Since 2015, I’ve held yoga classes, goat yoga, playshops and retreats in my sweet and funky backyard wellness studio in Boise, Idaho as well as yoga retreats in beautiful Cascade, Idaho.

Now, I’m excited to offer this space to some very cool people who want to share in its magical energy.

I believe in creative expression. That's why you'll find art supplies like markers, paper, colored pencils, paints, and fillable mandalas at the studio.

I believe in writing and music and sporadic dance parties. I believe in creating a soothing atmosphere. (Believe it or not, pygmy goats can be really comforting!)

I believe in the healing power of nature. Trees are my favorite.

I believe in friendships and in emotions. I have sensitive tear ducts and may appear weepy when we are connecting. Don't worry; it won't derail us.

I believe wellness is a holistic experience that includes body, mind, and spirit. I equally delight in a walk around the block, some glorious yoga and stretching, and a full-on sweat fest. Also a nap.

I have been gathering and teaching since 2002. Whether in the classroom, the yoga studio, a group fitness class or a mountain retreat, I find true joy in community and the power of connection, kismet, and serendipity.

Above all, I am grateful to offer legit lightheartedness to whatever endeavor I’m chasing. Let it be FUN!

"Emily was definitely put on this planet to help others grow and be their best. She receives genuine satisfaction and joy from helping others, and creating a nurturing environment for people to experience their best selves."
