Join us on the urban farm for a morning of lighthearted fun! At the Bubbles & Baaaas Brunch, you'll enjoy some peaceful relaxation with a fun yoga practice with the goats at Boise Goat Yoga, followed by some scrumptious bites and fresh mimosas and mockmosas from our adorable converted goat trailer bar, Hauly Goatlightly.

  • Setting: Small clearing surrounded by mature trees, filtered sunlight, mossy ground, and a gentle soundtrack of birdsong and wind through leaves.

  • Duration: Two days - Saturday at 10:00 am to Sunday at 4:00 pm

  • Group size: Intimate groups (6–20 participants) to preserve calm, attention, and connection with each other and the environment.

Rhythm

  • Walking meditations through the woods, guided hikes

  • Gentle yoga practices in the trees and on the beach

  • Free time for journaling, reading, or quiet nature exploration

  • Tree identification and understanding the role of trees and their magical energy

Practices and offerings

  • All-levels yoga classes: Accessible sequencing with modifications and deeper variations for experienced students

  • Mindful movement: Gentle walks, forest bathing (shinrin-yoku), and mobility sessions that integrate breath with the landscape

  • Playshops: Thematic sessions such as tea-making, altar making and joyful art projects

  • Sleeping arrangements: Shared bunks or glamping-style tents—simple, clean, and comfortable bedding provided.

  • Meals: Nutritious, seasonal meals emphasizing whole foods, plant-forward options, and accommodations for dietary needs.

  • All meals and supplies are provided! Bring your own yoga mat with carrying strap if you have one.

Join me for 8 hours on the urban farm at Boise Goat Yoga for a Field Day!

These lighthearted, easy breezy mini-retreats invite you to spend a day at our urban farm getaway where gentle movement, hands-on creativity, and nourishing foods come together for deep and joyful connection.

Begin with goat yoga under our magical willow tree, featuring our delightful blend of approachable movement, laughter, and the grounding presence of friendly goats.

Move into guided crafting and expressive writing sessions that invite play, self-discovery, and new perspectives, based on Emily’s whimsical books that blend wholesome affirmations with gentle prompts to boost confidence and brighten everyday moments.

Together we'll prepare a seasonal, farm-fresh lunch to share, learning simple techniques that celebrate local ingredients.

Between activities, there’s time to wander the gardens, soak in the pool and/or hot tub, meet the animals, and savor relaxed conversation with fellow participants.

Pre-sunset, we’ll intentionally breathe and move with a gentle yoga flow, meditation and healing sound bath.

By day’s end you’ll leave refreshed, inspired, and grounded… with tangible keepsakes, a few new recipes, and a renewed sense of community. Ideal for solo explorers, friends, or anyone craving a restorative break from the city…. in the heart of the city!
