Let the brilliant light of the moon heal you in our Full Moon Yoga class at the urban farm! The full moon practice is a wonderful chance to meet yourself where you're at and let go of what you're ready to surrender.
After a wholesome yoga practice with the goats, you'll have an opportunity to set intentions with your own Full Moon Ritual cards to take home with you.
