New Moon Yoga - February 20 at 7 pm
Breathe, believe, receive. A gentle, ethereal movement for all abilities and bodies to set some intentions and flow with gratitude.
After a gentle yoga practice, you'll have an opportunity to set intentions with your own New Moon Ritual cards to take home with you.
Space is limited to 12 participants.
Please note: This class is held indoors at the studio. This is NOT a Goat Yoga class.
