Holistic Personal Training

Are you ready for accountability, competent fitness instruction, and personalized opportunities to get or stay healthy? 

My Personal Fitness Training method includes both physical challenges for cardio, strength, and core work, with an emphasis on proper form and technique, AND a mind-body component for vibrant mental and emotional wellbeing. When you work out with correct form and intensity for YOUR body, you'll be able to glean the benefits of exercise in a joyful and confident way. 

Fitness doesn't need to be intimidating!

My approach to fitness has always been lighthearted, honest, and encouraging. You'll push yourself, but you will never feel pressured or shamed into feeling your best. When we approach physical fitness in a holistic and inspired way, we are more likely to learn to LOVE the way we feel, look, sleep, and enjoy life!

It will be my honor to join you in your personal fitness journey. We'll incorporate elements of strength training, cardiovascular work, & joyful stretching and yoga poses, as well as mind-body elements of meditation, gratitude journaling, positive affirmations, and more. 

Train at my studio

My West Boise studio is supplied with all the necessary gear to help you get in shape quickly and effectively. I've been training women of all ages and abilities since 2008 with a variety of equipment and methods. Come join me in the studio at the Lively Balance urban farm, where we will have plenty of space to breathe, move, sweat, and feel amazing!

SPECIAL:
6-week "Glow Up": 2 in-person workouts/week with me (at my studio) + personalized at-home workout guide and calendar, weekly inspirational emails and yoga videos from me, before-and-after assessments, clean eating guide, food journal, and more ... $450.
{6-week Glow Up includes 12-in person personalized workouts at a mutually-agreed upon schedule. All must be completed within the 6-week timeframe.}

 Train with a Friend - or  a group!

One of my favorite ways to work with women is when they can empower one another in an inclusive and supportive small-group environment. If you and a group of up to 5 friends would like an accountability program that includes in-person and at-home workouts, clean eating guidance, holistic inspiration and joyful living tips, meditation and relaxation techniques, and so much more, let's get it going. My Lively Balance "G6" program is a 6-week, life-transforming session that will uplift your spirit while strengthening your body. Meet together at my studio for 6 weeks of twice-weekly HIIT-format workouts while feeling nourished with commitment to your best selves.

Investment: 
Minimum of 4 people, maximum 6 people
$275 per person
