A 6-week program you can do from ANYWHERE that includes:

- Clean Eating education and recipe ideas
- Physical fitness assessments at the beginning and end of your session 
- Customized at-home workout plan 
- Food journaling and nutrition support
- Mind-Body-Spirit connection, with meditation, relaxation, and journaling exercises
- Unlimited support from and contact with Emily, via phone and email
